Job Requirements
Education, training, experience:
We seek candidates with the same values as our own – commitment to professionalism, integrity, and the highest level of customer service.

- Minimum 1 year apartment leasing experience with proven sales record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work weekends, & conduct outside marketing
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, & leasing/marketing skills
- Working knowledge of social media outlets
- Yieldstar & Yardi software experience is a plus
